Ingredients
4 Tbs rice flour1 egg3 Tbs milk4 Tbs sugar2 Tbs cocoa2 Tbs oil(vanilla, chocolate chips, nuts)
Directions
mix well in big mug. microwave for 2 minutes or until done. invert to get a cylinder and cut discs of chocolate. optional - put chocolate chips on top and let melt and spread, add nuts, berries, etc
makes 3 or 4 little cakes
