Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
1 pkg Morningstar Farms Chik'n Strips1 tbsp Olive Oil4 tbsp Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce1 pkg Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Pizza Dough1/2 cup Pizza Sauce1 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded1/4 cup Celery, diced1/4 cup Onion, diced1/4 cup carrots, diced
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and prepare chik'n strips according to package. Chop into bite size pieces and toss in buffalo wing sauce.
2. Roll pizza dough out onto cookie sheet and spread pizza sauce.
3. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over crust, add chik'n and vegetables.
4. Sprinkle remaining cheese over crust.
5. Cook for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is lightly browned.

Makes eight servings.
