Chicken and Pepper Black bean sauce

Ingredients
200g chicken breast chopped in pieces1tsp chopped garlic1tsp minced ginger1tbs black-bean sauce2tsp waterhalf yellow pepper choppedhalf green pepper chopped1tbs Chinese rice wine5grams corn starch1tbs oyster sauce
Directions
Add the first 5 ingredients to a pan and cook till meat turns white, add the peppers, wine and cook a further 5 minutes
Finally add the corn starch and oyster sauce, if you need a more water add this and cook through till the sauce thickens.

Serve with rice and a choice of vegetables
