Broccoli-Cauliflower & Cheese Soup

Ingredients
1 (16 oz) bag frozen broccoli1 (16 oz) bag frozen cauliflower8 oz. Velveeta lite (less fat) cheese product, cubed32 oz. low sodium chicken or vegetable brothpepper to taste
Directions
1. Put frozen broccoli & cauliflower & broth in large sauce-
pan.

2. Cover and cook until tender.

3. Puree in blender, 1/3-1/2 mixture at a time.

4. Put mixture back into sauce pan.

5. Put cubed cheese into soup and stir & simmer until
melted.

6. Add pepper to taste.
