Ingredients
zuchinnidiced tomatoes (canned)shrimp or other toppingsparmesean cheese - shreddedmozzarella cheese - shreddeddilloreganosaltpepperother spices to tastePam cooking spray - olive oil
Directions
slice zuchinni, coat with Pam spray, top with spices and parmesean cheese and bake at 400 deg for about 15 or 20 min. Depends on how thick the slices are.
Remove and top with tomatoes, shrimp, and cheese
Put back in oven for approx 10 min or until cheese melts and other ingredients are hot.
