Game Day Chili

Ingredients
1 Lb. Ground Chuck1 Lb. Ground Chicken2 medium Onions, Chopped1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced1 teaspoon salt3/4 teaspoon black pepper1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic3 Tablespoons Gebhardt Chili Powder2 Tablespoons Light chili Powder (Kroger brand) (optional)2 16 oz. cans Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed2 14.5 oz. cans Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes2 14.5 oz. cans Stewed tomatoes2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce 1 Tablespoon ground Cumin1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
Put the ground chuck, ground chicken, and onion into a 8 qt. dutch oven. Turn heat on to med. high. Cook and and stir until meat is brown and onions are translucent. Add in salt, pepper, first chili powder and cook for about 2 minutes stiring constantly. Add the beans and all tomatoes,stir to combine. Let cook for 10 minutes then stir in the cumin, cayenne, and light chili powder bring to a boil then turn heat down to med. low. Continue to cook for another 30 minutes. This chili should be real thick when its done cooking.

This is a spicy dish so you may want to have cheese and/or sour cream on the top but these are not included in the nutritional info.
