I've made this before seeing this here. For me, I prefer mixing the raw lemon juice with another sweeter fruit so I juiced a very ripe pineapple & blended them eliminating the need for maple or agave syrup. If you watch your sugar intake, eat a fiber bar, too or some oatmeal or quinoa. High carb. - 12/10/11

Pretty good. mine turned out a little on the sweet side, but probably because I used grade A syrup since I had no grade B on hand. - 1/20/09

I used Grade A syrup as I couldn't find the Grade B. It was pretty good. - 3/30/08

Not sure about this. Interesting variety with the maple syrup. I used an orange as well so it would not be quite so tart. - 5/28/19

This one doesn't interest me with the combo written. We like a tart lemon drink and use different sweeteners. - 2/13/18

Love this! I ended up using about 8oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice. I used Grade A light amber since I could not readily find Grade B. Also I probably used about 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne. I drink one serving as a mid-morning snack at work, and it keeps me from snacking on something less healthy. - 9/3/11

Very nice taste. I did not use the maple syrup because I did not have any but I used honey instead. It was not to sweet or to sour. - 6/13/07
