Italian Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
3/4 cup onion1 clove garlic1 tbsp. olive oil2 cans tomato soup2 cans tomato sauce1 tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. salt1 1/2 tsp. oregano1/4 cup parsley, chopped1/4 tsp. thyme2 cups water1 tbsp. red wine or balsamic vinegar
Directions
Cook onion and garlic in oil until onion is soft but not brown. In Dutch oven or crockpot, combine onion and garlic with all other ingredients. Cook 3 hours or until sauce thickens. If using a crockpot, cook on low for 8-9 hours or high 3-4 hours with lid slightly open. Makes 12 1/2-cup servings.
