Simple Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
* Mushrooms, fresh, 750 grams * Butter, salted, 50 grams * Onions, raw, 175 grams (medium size) * Chicken Stock Cube, 2 * Water approx 750ml * Plain flour, 30 gram(s (2 Tbls) * Garlic, 1 clove * Bay Leaf, 1
Directions
Makes 7 x 200grm servings.
Sauté onions, crushed garlic and chopped mushrooms in butter. Add flour and coat ingredients well.
Add chicken stock and bay leaf and simmer for 10 mins.
Drain stock into bowl and blend solid ingredients.
Slowly add stock back stirring well.
Enjoy - maybe with crusty cob (not counted)
