German Soup

1 pound of lean ground meat2 leeks2 garlic gloves3 cans Healthy Request cream of mushroomabout 4-6 bacon stripes (center cut)1 (8oz.) container 1/3 less fat chive and onion cream cheesewatersalt, pepper
Cube bacon, slice leeks in rings, in the meantime fry the meat in a big pot. Add leeks, and bacon. Let cook til meat and leeks are cooked through. Add the crushed garlic and spices.
Add cream of mushroom and enough water to make the soup not too thick (I use 2 1/2 - 3 cans of water). Let boil at medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add the cream cheese and simmer at low heat for another 5-10 minutes.
