Veggie-loaded Tangy Tuna Salad

Ingredients
One 6-ounce can tuna packed in water, drained and flaked1/2 cup finely chopped sweet bell pepper (red, orange, yellow or any combination)1/4 cup finely chopped red onion1/2 cup finely chopped celery1/3 cup Kraft light miracle whip2 tsp honey mustard1 tsp sweet relish
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine miracle whip, honey mustard and relish. Mix well, then stir in tuna.

Fold in all of the veggies. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Makes 2 servings.
