Light Amish Bread

Ingredients
1 cup warm water1/2 tsp salt1 TBSP Brown Sugar1 tsp yeast1/4 cup Applesauce3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
Directions
Mix the water yeast sugar salt and applesauce together. Slowly add the flour until you get the proper texture.

allow to rise for 1 hour. Punch down and shape into a loaf.

Allow it to rise for another 30 min. Bake at 350 F for 30 min.

Makes 1 loaf cut int 14 slices
