Pesto grilled cheese sandwiches

Ingredients
1/4 cup reduced fat pesto (Buitoni)12 slices weight watchers whole wheat bread12 slices part skim mozzarella cheese6 slices large tomato1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions
spread 1 teaspoon pesto on each bread slice. top each of 6 bread slices with 1 slice cheese, 1 tomato slice, 1 additional cheese slice and remaining bread slice, pesto side down.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add sandwiches in batches, cooking about 4 minutes on each side or until toasted and cheese melts.
