1 Mission 96% Fat Free Whole Wheat Tortilla1 TBSP Spaghetti Sauce1/8 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Low Moist, Part Skim)1/4 cup chopped mushrooms1/4 cup diced Bell Peppers
Preheat Oven to 400 F. Spray a cookie sheet with Olive Oil Cooking Spray. Place Tortilla on tray. Add Spaghetti Sauce. Add Mushrooms and Bell Peppers. Then add the cheese. Bake for 5 minutes.

OMG, this was awesome I made it tonight didn't have any bellpepper so I used mushrooms and onions sauteed them half way on the stove top in some olive oil, fresh garlic, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes, mozzarella, was delish, really felt like i was eating a thin crust pizza!!!!!! - 9/10/11
