Shrimp Stir-Fry

Ingredients
* Garlic, 6 cloves (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 large (remove) * *Hy-Top Oriental stir fry frozen veggie blend (5 1-cup sv. per 16 oz bag), 5 cup (remove) * *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 3 cup (remove) * Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) (remove) * *Green Beans French style, 1 cup (remove) * Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 3 tbsp (remove) * *Oyster Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove) * Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tbsp (remove) * Pepper, red or cayenne, .6 tsp (remove) * *Cooked Shrimp All Purpose ( frozen ), 16 oz (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Heat olive oil in pan. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add onions, mustard seed, and red pepper flakes - cook for 5 more minutes.

Add sesame oil and bok choy; cook 2 minutes.
Add remaining vegetables; cook 4 minutes
Add sauces and shrimp and stir well; cook till shrimp are heated and flavors are mixed.
