Easy Yellow Cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup of yellow cornmeal1 cup of Bisquick heartsmart mix1.5 cups of skim milk(you can use buttermilk or half buttermilk half skim -it turns out fine either way)2 eggs2 tbs oil
Directions
mix all well, pour in greased 7 x 11 pan and bake at 450 for about 15 minutes.

Makes 8 large servings, you can cut into smaller pieces but who doesn't like a big hunk of cornbread? Goes great with the chili or a big pot of Pinto beans:)
