Baked Garlic and Sage Lemon Fish

Ingredients
5 Perch (Or preferred fish) FilletsLemon Zest (Lemon peel with Black Pepper)Lemon Juice1 tbsp Vegetable Oil Spread (Promise or Smart Balance brands are great)Garlic PowderSage
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Place each fillet in foil. Add a dash of Garlic powder, Sage Lemon Zest, and lemon juice to each fish. Place half a teaspoon of vegetable oil spread to each fillet. Wrap each individual fillet in the foil and place in glass dish. Bake for about 25 minutes. Remove from foil and serve. Makes 5 servings.
