Veggie and Canadian Bacon Omelet

Ingredients
2 slices Canadian bacon1 cup egg beaters1 Tblsp chopped onion1 Tblsp chopped red pepperCooking spray or small amount of olive oil
Directions
Brown onion and pepper in cooking spray or olive oil. Add diced Canadian bacon. Pour eggs over other ingredients.. Lift sides of omelet letting egg run under all around the pan. When egg is firm, flip omelet. Fold omelet in half and serve.
