Oatmeal Walnut Cookies (no refined sugars)

1 cup regular oatmeal3/4 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt1tbsp honey1/4 cup maple syrup1/2 cup canola oil1 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp molasses1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
Pre heat oven to 350. Spray baking sheet lightly with cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. In another bowl combine wet ingredients. Add the wet to the dry and stir to combine. Fold in walnuts. Using spoon(s), drop teaspoonfuls on to baking sheet and press down slightly to flatten the tops. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Transfer to rack to cool completely.
You can also substitute white flour, brown sugar for the honey, and any nuts desired. Fruit or chocolate chips can be added as well.
