Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 c. lowfat buttermilk1 medium banana1/2 c. frozen blueberries2 T. Splenda (or sugar)4 ice cubes
Directions
Blend at high speed until ice cubes are crushed & mixture is smooth. I sometimes use a frozen banana for a thicker mixture. Can substitute 2 T. sugar for the Splenda. Makes one 12 oz.+ serving for a meal-in-one.
