Carrot Walnut Raisin Salad

Ingredients
3 large carrots, grated1 c. raisins1 c. walnuts, chopped1/4 c. finely chopped celery2 T. shredded coconut1/2 c. light mayonnaise2 T. light sour cream1 T. cider vinegar1/2 t. Splenda1/4 t. salt
Directions
Place first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Mix remaining ingredients until smooth for dressing. Pour over carrot mixture. Chill & serve. Makes 12 half cup servings.
