Ingredients
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder (unprepared), 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer (dry unprepared),1 cup unsweet french vanilla flavored powered non dairy creamer (dry unprepared),2.5 cups splenda,1.5 cups unsweetened instant tea, 2 tsp. ground ginger, 2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1 tsp. ground cloves, 1 tsp. ground cardamom Mix in large bowl all ingredients. In blender or food processor until mixture is consistency of fine powder. To serve; stir 2 heaping Tablespoons Chai tea mixture into mug of hot water. Makes 36 servings
