Cheesy Spaghetti Squash with Italian Turkey Sausage

3 links Jennie-O Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage1 small Spaghetti Squash, about 2.5 - 3 cups cooked1 cup Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated1 large Egg3/4 cup shredded Colby and Montery Jack cheese1/4 tsp Garlic powder1/4 tsp Onion powderDash of Black Pepper1/4 tsp dried Basil
Cut squash in half lengthwise, place cut side down on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray or lined with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
While squash is cooking, prepare turkey sausage according to package directions. Slice into 1/4 inch rounds.
In small food processor, combine cottage cheese, colby-jack cheese, parmesan, egg and seasonings. Pulse until well blended.
When squash is cooked, use a fork to scrape the strands out of the shell. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and heat in 350 degree oven 10-15 minutes, until bubbly.
Makes approximately 4 servings, 1 cup each.
