I substituted fat free greek yogurt for the sour cream and added a few drops of tabasco. Absolutely delicious. Even 15 y/o son loved it. - 3/2/11

I just made a one-serving portion of this for myself. I had time to run to the store, buy the ingredients, come back to work, and make the soup all on my lunch break! Now I'm enjoying a mugful at my desk.

This soup is DELICIOUS - and so easy and healthful! - 10/8/08

My new go-to recipe! I added corn and omitted the sour cream - but I can imagine lots of variations on this recipe. - 1/13/13

I skipped the sour cream and added a little bit of corn as well as some shredded cheese on top. It was delicious! - 8/13/12

Delicious! I didn't have sour cream, so I made it without, but I still think it was wonderful. My boyfriend said it taste better than the soup they serve at a local restaurant (which is famous for soups). I will definitely be making this one again! - 8/28/10
