TVP Taco Meat

Ingredients
1 cup TVP1 cup water1 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning or - 1 1/2 tsp chili powder - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/4 tsp cumin - 1/4 tsp oregano .5 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Boil water, then turn off heat. Add TVP to put and stir, then add seasoning and olive oil and stir.
I use a variation of Chef Meg's Taco seasoning. I imagine the nutritients aren't all that different.
