Ingredients
1 can Goya Black beans 15oz1/2 medium onion, finely chopped1/4 small pepper, finely chopped1 minced garlic clove1tsp coriander grinded1tsp cumin1tsp oregano1/2tsp salt1/4 chicken boullion cube1Tbsp cooking ham diced small1/4cup potato, diced small1tsp olive oil1Tbsp sofrito1-2 cups water
Directions
Mix all ingredients, bring to a boil then simmer for 45min to 1 hour.
