Ground Turkey with Snow Peas

Ingredients
Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 8 oz Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped Extra Light Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Garlic powder, 2 tbsp Paprika, 1.50 tbsp Salt, 2 dash Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup Black Pepper, 1 tbsp
Directions
Prep:

Take Ground Turkey and add the ground pepper, paprika, garlic power, salt and mix it well. Set aside.

Wash snow peas and cut ends. Then cut snow peas in half or thirds. Set aside.

Place Extra Light Olive Oil onto large pan.

Sautee Onions.

Add Ground Turkey and mix with onions until cooked.

When turkey is cooked, add snowpeas and mix well for about 3-5 minutes.

(You can add more herbs/spices/salt to taste.)

    I had a whole bunch of snow peas from my garden, so used this recipe. I upped the turkey to 20 ounces, added carrots, Worcestershire sauce, chunked tomatoes, italian seasonings and reduced the oil to 2 TBS. I served it ontop of mashed potatoes. My family loved it. Thanks for this starter recipe. - 6/8/10
