Cheesy Turkey Bacon Meatloaf Low Carb

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey3/4 cp milk1/4 cup quaker oats 1 egg1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp oregano6 slices of provolone cheese (my favorite but could use any)5 slices cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
Directions
Soak oats in 1/4 cup milk for 30 minutes or until all milk absorbed.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. In a loaf pan layer turkey, cheese, turkey cheese, turkey.

Bake 1 hour (internal temp should be 180 degrees)
