Crunchy Parmesan Chicken tenders

1 cup low fat buttermilk1 1/2 pounds chicken breast cut into strips1 1/4 cups parmesan cheese3/4 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
1. Preheat oven to 500 degress F.
2. Place buttermilk in large bowl--add chicken--let sit for 25 minutes
3. While chicken is soaking mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in fairly large bowl
4. Once chicken is done soaking put them into breadcrumb and cheese mix--coat evenly
5. Put them onto lined baking sheet and back for 17 to 20 minutes.
