Honey Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon olive oil4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar2 tablespoons honey
Directions
combine first three ingredients, sprinkle over both sides of chicken

Add oil to nonstick frying pan, heat over med-high heat. Cook chicken about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until done.

Transfer chicken to a plate, keep warm. Reduce heat to med-low, add honey and vinegar to pan. Simmer 1 minute or until glaze thickens, stirring constantly. Pour over chicken and serve.
