Spanish Yellow Rice with Sweet Corn

2 cups white rice2 cups water1/2 chicken boullion2Tbsp sofito1/2 can sweet corn1tsp cumin1tsp oregano1tsp garlic2Tbsp olive oil2Tbsp cooking ham
Mix all ingredients add rice last, bring to a boil, let the water evaporate, lower heat and cover for approx 20min. turning rice over once during cooking. Fluff with fork when done.
