5 cups shredded cabbage1 cup shredded carrot1/4 cup diced scallions3 tbsp cider vinegar2 tbsp canola oil1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp celery seed1/2 tsp dry mustard
Combine vinegar, oil pepper, salt, celery seed and mustard in jar. Close and shake to blend. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
