Ingredients
1 box of brownie mix1 can black beans (pureed)
Directions
puree a can of black beans with juices and add to a box of brownie mix. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 28 min. THATS IT!!!

    Love them! You need to make sure that the puree is very thin. The flavor also depends on what type of brownie mix you use. I like dark chocolate and you would never know there are beans in here. I am not a bean eater, but these are delish. I bake them in individual muffin papers and freeze them - 3/27/12

    I disagree w/ other reviewers. The texture is rubbery and too chewy and they had a vague black bean taste. I also got bean 'skins' caught in my teeth. Tried them on unsuspecting friends (in case I was influenced by knowing about the beans) and they didn't like them either. - 9/24/11
