Fantastic Flaxseed Walffle

Ingredients
2 cups water, soy or nut milk1 2/3 cup quick or rolled oats1/2 cup wheat germ1/4 cup whole flax seed2 tsp sweetener (honey,maple syrup,brown rice syrup,cane juice crystals,sucanat,fructose,corn syrup,brown or white sugar)1 tsp vanilla, optional1/2 tsp salt
Directions
(Optional: place one cup of oatmeal into blender and blend)
Blend smooth all ingredients. Spray waffle iron with nonstick spray. Pour batter into a preheated waffle iron. Bake 15-20 minutes.
Yields 4 6" waffles
