Swiss chicken

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Breast meat (I use tenderloins)4 slices of low fat Swiss cheese1 can of 98% fat free Cream of Celery Soup1/4 cup of cooking Sherry1 cup of Stovetop
Directions
place the chicken in a casserole dish, layer the swiss cheese over the top, Mix together the soup and sherry and pour over the top of the cheese. Sprinkle the Stovetop over the top. Cover with foil. Cook in 350 degree oven for 30 mins, then uncover for 30 more mins. Makes 4 servings.
