*Rhode's frozen bread dough, 16 oz (remove)*Meijer Pizza Sauce-.25 cup, 3 serving (remove)*Kraft fat free mozarella cheese (shredded), 6 oz (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Pepperoni, 20 slice (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick) (remove)*Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 2 oz (remove)
Thaw dough until soft enough to spread out. (I have used the microwave, but prefer to put the dough out and let it thaw on it's own, seems it is easier to spread out)
Preheat oven to 400-425. cut bread dough into 4 pieces, and spread into thin circles. cover with sauce and ohter ingrediants, and carefully fold over so that the edges meet. Crimp edges with fork, and bast the outside with beaten egg mixture to create a shine. Bake for 15-20m or until golden brown.
