Ingredients
1 pound ground pork1 karge onion, diced3 cloves garlic, minced2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce1 14 oz can low fat chicken broth1 head Nappa cabbage
Directions
In large Dutch oven or pan, brown pork, onion, and garlic in the soy sauce. Add low fat chicken broth and chopped Nappa cabbage. Cook for 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Makes 8 servings.
