Banana Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1-1/2 cup Flour 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar1/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed 3-1/2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda2 cups Raisin Bran Cereal1/2 cup Milk, nonfat1 Egg1/4 cup oil1 cup mashed over ripe Banana(Optional) 1/2 cup dried cranberries3/4 cups chopped walnuts
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees farenheit

1. In a large bowl combine bran cereal and milk. Let cereal soak until soft

2. In another bowl combine Flour, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cranberries and walnuts. Mix together

3.Add egg and oil to cereal mixture and mix well

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to bowl with cereal and mix

5. Stir in banana to the entire mixture

6. fill cupcake pan holes to the top, or to the top of the cup cake wrappers.

Bake muffins for 30-35 minutes. Test with toothpick, toothpick should come out clean when muffins are done baking.

Recipe should make a dozen muffins
