Cranberry Pecan Microwave Quinoa and Oatmeal

Ingredients
0.75 cup of steel cut oats0.25 quinoa flakes (yes, you can get it in flake form)2 tbs. to 0.33 cups of craisins10 pecan halves, broken into smaller pieces2 cups waterSea salt to taste2 tbs. maple syrup to garnish (1 tbs. each serving)
Directions
Put the oats, quinoa, salt, craisins and pecans into a larger microwavable bowl. Cover with 2 cups of water and microwave for 5-6 minutes.

Divide into 2 servings, garnish with 1 tbs. maple syrup and enjoy!
