Ingredients
1 can of greens, collard,mustard or turnip2 tbs chopped onion1 tbs minced garlic1 tbs bacon crumbs2 tbs cornmeal
Directions
spray olive oil in a non-stick pan, saute onion, garlic and bacon crumbs till glazed, then add your choice of greens, heat to boil then lower heat and add cornmeal continue to cook while stirring until golden brown. ready to serve. serves 4.
