Turkey Ham and Bean Soup

2 cups white northern beans, dry1 small onion2 cloves of garlic8 oz turkey ham, cubedpinch of sea salt
Prepare beans following the directions on the package. Cook in stock pot.
Cube and add ham to pot. Dice onions and garlic and add to pot. Add salt to taste.
Simmer for about an hour on LOW heat.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
Makes about 8- 1cup servings.
