Veggie soup

Ingredients
2c carrots1/2c onion1/2 c green pepper1/2 c red peppergarlic to tasteItalian seasoning to taste1 can green beans1 can wax beans2 tbs Olive oil46oz V81 can tomatoes with green chilis4 c water4 c cabbage2 tbs Splenda
Directions
Heat pan with EVOO, add carrots, pepper, onions garlic and seasoning, cook until veggies are soft.
Add all other ingredents, simmer for a few hours.
