Cowboy T's fast lunch burrito

Ingredients
pinto beans 1 can, jalapeno or banana pepers, tortillas, onion lg, garlic, olive oil, brown rice, chili powder,fresh spinach
Directions
take onions and garlic chop, put in pan with olive oil, chili powder, spinach, cook on med heat stiring occassionally, cook rice in seperate pan, once spinach is wilted add can of beans and rice, continue to stir until fluid from can of beans is evaporated by at least half, set aside and let cool. lay out tortillas and scoop approx. 1/2 cup into center fold burrito style and enjoy or rap in tin foil for later lunches.
