skinny potato pancakes

Ingredients
1 potato grated.25 cup onion grated1 tsp baking powder .25 cup whole grain flour2 egg whitessalt & pepper to tastetopped with sour cream (low Fat or plain yogurt)
Directions
Grate potato and onion, mix with rest of the ingredients. Brown at medium heat in pan sprayed with pan release (pam) turnung until done inside. serve with sour cream
