Roasted Garlic

Ingredients
15 cloves of garlic (peeled)1 tsp olive oildash of salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. On a piece of foil put the garlic cloves in the middle, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Make a tent out of the foil and shake the garlic. Put in the oven and bake until golden brown and soft. Makes 5 servings. Enjoy!!
