Squash Pizza

Ingredients
4 medium Summer squash (yellow straight-neck are great)2 cups Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar CheeseSAUCE INGREDIENTS:1 cup Tomato Sauce1 teaspoon minced Garlic1 teaspoon Onion powder1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese2 teaspoons dried oregano - NOT GROUND OREGANO1 teaspoon Rosemary, dried
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Slice the cleaned squash lengthwise into 3 even slabs. Should be about 1/4 inch each in width.

Place the squash on a greased cookie sheet.

Mix all ingredients for sauce together in mixing bowl.
Spoon over the squash.
Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve hot with salad and fresh fruit.
