Black Beans and Curry Rice

Ingredients
1 pkg Goya Curry Rice1 can black beans1 serving or 12 pieces of Soy chicken strips1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Follow directions for curry rice and mix with remaining ingredients except cheese. Divide into 6 small containers and sprinkle cheese evenly for dish. Freeze until ready to take to work. Can be made in large casserole for the family with the cheese sprinkled on top. Just reheat in the microwave.
