Raw Apple Buckwheat Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients
Apples, fresh, .5 large (3-1/4" dia) Buckwheat groats - 1/4 cup, 1Dates, 3 date (pitted)*Stevia packets, 1 serving (I used French vanilla)
Directions
Add 1/4 cup of buckwheat groats to a dish and cover with water for one hour or so. Wash the 1/2 apple and cut into chunks and add to a food processor along with the dates and stevia packet. When the buckwheat is done soaking rinse and drain then add to the food processor and process for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
