1 lb round steak, sliced thin3 Tbs. soy sauce1/2 tsp. ground ginger1 garlic clove, minced 1 green pepper, thinly sliced4 oz can mushrooms or 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms1 onion, thinly sliced1/2 tsp crushed red pepper2 cups hot cooked rice
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hrs. Serve over rice. For a twist, serve as as steak sandwich topped with provolone cheese.
