2 - 1/2lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts1 cup Delmonte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes10 Medium Baby Carrots1 cup sliced onionItalian Seasoning Blend1 cup Noodles1 cup water
Sprinkle both sides of chicen breasts with Italian Seasoning. Brown well on both sides. Add water to the pan drippings. Add tomatoes with juice, carrots and onions. Let simmer till chicken is done. Carrots will still be crunchy, that is how I like it. You can cook them longer if you prefer. Serve over 1/2 cup of noodles. Serves 2
